Keeping Your Account Secure
We ask every customer to warrant that the payment method used at sign-up belongs to them, is not stolen, and was not lost by another person before being used again. This same warranty applies every time funds move in or out, which is why identity checks can resurface at login or withdrawal stage rather than only at registration.
Selling, transferring, pledging or gifting an account, or any deposits, bets or rights tied to it, is fully prohibited and treated as null and void. This protects the account holder as much as it protects us, since an account that changes hands outside our system cannot be verified against the original registration details.
If access needs to stop altogether, we close accounts on request by email to our Support Service Team, and we ask the customer to tell us about any other accounts held so we do not allow a new one to be opened in error. Our team can be reached through the same Live Chat and Email channels used for day-to-day sign-in issues, detailed further on our support page.
